My pranamat showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was super neat too. The box was sturdy with no dents, and everything inside was wrapped well without loads of extra plastic. It felt like someone cared about how it would arrive. It was easy to open as well, which I always appreciate. Havent even used the mat yet and Im already impressed.

I usually use my Pranamat after work when I’m feeling drained it does help a bit. After lying on it for 10–15 minutes, I feel more awake and my mood seems to lift, which is nice. It’s not some magical life-changing thing, so let’s not pretend it is, but it is a decent way to reset after a long day. I’m taking off a star though because the price is kind of ridiculous. Like, I like it, but I definitely had a moment of wondering why I spent that much on a spiky mat.

I’d been dealing with some back pain and this seemed to ease it up faster than I expected. I can’t say exactly why, but it definitely felt like it helped.

I bought the Pranamat ECO pillow really hoping it would help with my neck tightness, and I gave it a fair shot for a few weeks. I expected it to feel uncomfortable at first, so that part didn’t surprise me, but it never really turned into that relaxed, loosened-up feeling people talk about. Most of the time I just ended up feeling sore. after a while I felt like I was begging it to work and getting a little resentful every time I looked at it, especially considering the price. Maybe it’s great for some people, but for me it just ended up sitting in the closet more often than not.

I decided to try the Pranamat mostly because I liked that it uses coconut fiber filling. It feels really sturdy and hasn’t flattened out after a few weeks of use, which I appreciate. It was a bit firmer than I expected in the beginning, so it took me a little time to get used to it, but it’s gotten more comfortable with regular use. Overall, it seems well made, I just wish it felt slightly softer right out of the box

I tried using it at night for a few days or so, but it just started to feel like another little chore before bed. By the time I’m winding down, I don’t really want to add one more step to the routine.

Shipping also took longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying. Overall, I’m glad I tried it, but I don’t know… it’s good, just not amazing.

I’m the kind of person who tends to avoid things if they involve too much setup or if I have to read a bunch of instructions first, but this is basically just take it out, put it on the floor or on the bed, and lie down on it. That’s it. I usually use it in the evening while I’m watching TV, because it doesn’t really require any effort or concentration once you’re on it. The first couple of times, the feeling was definitely a little intense and took some getting used to, but not in a bad way, more like my body just needed a minute to understand what was happening. Now it feels totally normal, and it’s become one of those little routines I actually look forward to. Really happy I got it.

I bought this hoping it would help with my headaches since the ads and reviews made it sound promising. I used it for a few weeks, mostly on my neck and shoulders, but i didn’t notice any real relief. It felt more pokey than relaxing, and a few times I actually got up feeling more tense than before. Maybe it works better for other people, but for the price, I expected it to do more. Overall, I’m disappointed and don’t think it was worth the money.

I was actually a little worried it might be too small, but the mat ended up being bigger than I expected and covers my back really well.
